RECRUITMENT/INTERNSHIPS/TRAINING
Crossland Heavy Contractors offers internships and apprenticeship opportunities. Our employees know they will have many opportunities to continue to learn and grow. Courses offered include carpentry, site layout, leadership, time management, concrete certifications, and others. Training programs include U.S. Department of Labor recognized apprenticeship programs for carpentry and ironworking. The majority of classes offered in- house through Crossland Academy and are available to all employees. Training is offered in concrete certification (ACI), equipment operations, 10 and 30-hour OSHA certification, storm water certifications, computer software and LEAN construction practices. In addition a Learning Management System with hundreds of on-line education opportunities is also available.

Candidates must have own transportation and be highly motivated. Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates. EQUIPMENT/ TRUCK MECHANIC
Crossland Heavy Contractors is currently accepting applications for an experienced EQUIPMENT/ TRUCK MECHANIC for our Tulsa location. Successful candidates must have experience on Mack and Kenworth Trucks, truck repair, willing to work in the field, and be willing to travel and stay overnight. Successful candidate will also be able to work on heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders and company trucks. CDL is recommended but not required.
