Monthly awards are attained by Heavy employees if all of our projects have no lost-time due to injury. Prizes range from hats or t-shirts for everyone to a new riding lawnmower or a trip to Las Vegas. A four-wheeler is given away as the grand prize after one full year of no lost-time accidents.
