The Future of OUR Company
Campus Recruiting Schedule 2011
If we are currently not scheduled at your school, but you would like more information, please contact Amy O?Brien. Recruitment Manager, at
aobrien@crosslandconstruction.com
Crossland?s success relies on the quality of people that we invite to be part of our team. Our employees are the foundation of our company and we are committed to their professional and personal development. We seek out the highest caliber of construction students which we feel are the future of Crossland and this Industry. Their education and knowledge brings a lot to the table.
“In the last year alone, we’ve had interns from Pittsburg State University, University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, University of Kansas, John Brown University, University of Central Missouri, Missouri State, Fort Hays State University, University of Northern Iowa, Indiana State University, Texas Tech and Texas A&M,” says Amy O’Brien, recruitment specialist at Crossland. “We make sure they understand this is not just a shadow program where you follow a superintendent around all day. This is real labor, but it is the kind of work you need to do at some point before you can consider yourself qualified to manage it.”
Crossland offers an Internship Program which includes:
A very aggressive hourly wage Temporary housing, including utilities, provided during your internship. ** Weekly per diem to help offset food expenses. ** Possible scholarship money for your next semester up to and including full tuition and books. Several group outings during the summer such as canoe trips, cookouts, and ballgames.
Scholarship Program:

Scholarships ranging from $250 up to full tuition applied to each semester the student is eligible for the program, dependent upon academic and job site performances.
