![]() Crossland Academy was created to enhance education and training programs for the Crossland workforce. The Academy begins training with new employees receiving a Crossland orientation. All employees orientated into conducting business the Crossland way enhances expectations and communication. Providing a safe working environment is a top priority at Crossland Construction. Crossland Academy mandates every worker has a 10-hour OHSA certification card. Crossland Academy has adapted NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) curriculum. This curriculum provides the foundation for continued education in carpentry, concrete, and ironworking.
